Refund Policy

Cancellation of An Order

If a customer thinks that by mistake he/she has placed the order or if he/she has changed their mind after placing it, they can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.


Return A Product

Return request should be generated within 03 days of the item being delivered to customer. No return request will be accepted after 03 days from the date of delivery.To return a product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


 

Eligibility for Returning a Product

Damaged - If the item delivered to customer is in a damaged condition.


Defective - If the item delivered to customer is defective. Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture of solid wood products are not defects.


Difference - If the item delivered to customer is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.


Not Functional - If the height adjusting mechanism is not working.


Please Note:

For the minor damages like scratch, non functional height adjusting mechanism and missing components customers can choose not to return the items. Instead they can fix the damage with the help of our remote assistance. If require customer can take the help of with the help of a carpenter nearby their area for which we will pay.


Please send the following things:

For Damage product - send us an email with a photo of the damaged product.

For Non Functionality of Product - send us the video.

For missing component - send us the video


(This facility will only be for the product which are under warranty period)


Creteria’s which are not eligible for return of product:

Used Product - Used product will not be returned.Self Damaging - If the product is damaged by customer.Relocation - While dismantling a product for relocating or reassembly, we are not responsible for any damage to the product.


Refund Process

Once the item is cancelled, the refund (partial or full) is processed after the product has been delivered to the Kuffalo facility. We will communicate with you on the payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
