Refund Policy

Cancellation of An Order

If a customer thinks that by mistake he/she has placed the order or if he/she has changed their mind after placing it, they can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.


Return A Product

Our store does not offer a return or refund policy. This is due to the nature of our products, which are heavy furniture items. We highly encourage our customers to visit our store and personally inspect the items to ensure complete satisfaction before making a purchase. Please note that any orders placed remotely are at the customer's own risk. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you in our store.


In rare cases, we may make exception to this rule. On such occasion, customer is responsible to send the neatly packaged product (in original packaging) along with the valid tracking id to our store. Refund is processed within 3 days of the receipt of the product in our store. (The product is considered delivered when the  courier tracking code  shows the product delivery  status as "Delivered" ) .



Remote support

During the warranty period, we provide full support to the customer for trouble shooting. We also provide components free of cost.

For any support related query, kindly ensure the following:


For Damage product - send us an email with a photo of the damaged product.

For Non Functionality of Product - send us the video.

For missing component - send us the video


(This facility will only be for the product which are under warranty period)



Refund Process


In care cases, we may offer the refund. However the refund will be processed only after the product has been delivered to the Kuffalo facility. The product should be returned in the original packaging and there should be the valid tracking number. We will communicate with you on the payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Disputes

We hope, we will have a good relationship and pleasure experience. However in case of any disputes, the courts in Bangalore will have jurisdiction.
